Business Manager / CDMX

We are currently looking for a Business Manager to join our team.

A strong commercial orientation is required for prospecting new clients, in addition to negotiation skills to secure new projects and the strategic and operational management of a work team, ensuring their hiring, development, and performance within the organization.

The role also encompasses financial project management, including control of its profitability, with the objective of optimizing the economic results of the area. As well as, teamwork with different areas including: recruitment, Organizational Development, and technical management.

Modality: Hybrid / Azcapotzalco CDMX

Activities:

• Ensure the opening of new accounts.
• Generate a pipeline of potential client prospecting.
• Management and leadership of consultant teams
• Present and sell company services to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and candidates.
• Responsible for leading projects and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Responsible for providing necessary resources for projects.
• Generate an action plan to achieve objectives.

Requirements:

• Engineering Degree (automotive, mechanical, industrial, or related).
• Graduates / 1 to 2 years of experience in sales (prospecting, client follow-up) is a Plus if you have specific experience in selling engineering services.
• Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and results-oriented skills.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Conversational English (Essential).
• Experience in business development, selection & management, profit center management.
• Motivated by challenges and results-oriented.
• Interested in client relationships and team management.
• Experience in the automotive sector.
• Plus: Previous experience in Project Management, Product Cost Engineer.
