Aufgaben

The Business Management Analyst supports the provision of customer services. He/she uses his/her analytical and technical skills to execute data-based projects and tasks in high quality, with a high degree of accuracy and on time.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Plans, organizes, develops, and delivers the requested reports, services, and projects from customers on time and according to their specifications.
• Designs, creates, and manages customer databases using Urban Science's own software, ensuring accurate and high-quality data.
• Follows up, processes, analyzes, and verifies data to improve accuracy and quality.
• Uses technical skills for precise monitoring, updating, and maintenance of internal software systems at Urban Science.
• Works coordinated with individual colleagues or teams to complete analyses, tasks, and projects on time and in high quality.
• Effectively and timely answers customer inquiries by email or phone to improve customer satisfaction.
• Communicates proactively with the supervisor to update and report any issues.
• Works actively with the manager together to understand and implement solutions for improving NPS (customer satisfaction).

Qualifikation

Qualification:

• Knowledge in accounting and financial analysis.
• Experience in customer support, both verbally and written.
• Knowledge of basic descriptive statistics.
• MS Office, with good Excel skills.
• Communication skills, with very good German language skills in writing and speaking.

Educational Background and Professional Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or similar.
