Your task: · Overall responsibility for the trade center · Sales, result, and leadership responsibility in a small to medium-sized enterprise with around 15 employees · Encouragement, mentoring, and support of employees to provide excellent customer service · Creating positive customer experiences: High sales readiness, attractive product presentation, and effective sales promotion · Active participation and/or leadership of strategic projects. Your profile: · Completed basic and advanced education in retail (e.g. Detailhandelsspezialist:in eidg. FA) or business administration · Several years of management experience in a retail company – absolutely necessary DIY · High self-motivation, the company's further development, shaping, and taking responsibility for it · Passion, leading people, enabling, and developing them · Inspiring and motivating employees through your personality and role model function · Strong customer orientation, high commitment, and service readiness · Focus on achieving corporate goals · Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking · Very good German language skills, knowledge of a second national language (e.g. French or Italian) is an advantage You are a responsible, service-oriented, and sociable person with good communication skills.
