Business Intelligence Team Leader/Manager - H/F (CDI)

Location : the position is open in Luxembourg, Nice, or Brussels.

Contract : CDI.

Your missions :

• Lead a team of BI consultants and help them grow their skills.
• Bring your BI expertise to resolve complex challenges and guide our projects towards excellence.

• Manage and coordinate the implementation of BI projects, from analyzing needs to deployment.
• Design solutions on a technical and functional level.
• Lead and coordinate internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure project delivery.
• Manage budgets and project timelines.
• Manage risks and problems related to projects, taking corrective measures to ensure success.
• Establish and maintain clear communication with various stakeholders.

Requirements

Your profile :

• You hold a degree in Engineering (Bac+5).
• You have at least 4 years of experience in an equivalent role, with significant experience using Power BI.
• You have excellent project management skills (planning, budgeting, risk management, communication, ...)
• You have experience coordinating teams.
• You are mobile and open to occasional travel in France and the Benelux.

Technical Skills :

The essentials :

• Very good mastery of SQL language required.
• Knowledge of a reporting software is expected.

The pluses :

• Knowledge of an ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) software is a real plus.
• Knowledge of the MDX and/or DAX language.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence modeling (DataMart, star schema, etc...).
• All other knowledge in data analysis (Data Mining, Machine Learning, Big Data, ...) and Microsoft Azure environments are advantages to your application.
