About This Role

We are building our data-driven corporate management further. To achieve this, we are looking for an analytical personality who actively develops and refines our reporting, dashboard, and BI structures, translating company data into genuine decision-making foundations. The role combines Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, and modern reporting processes with direct proximity to Finance and Corporate Management. It's not just about reports, but about transparency, automation, and the sensible use of modern analysis and AI-supported solutions.

Your Role

You develop our BI and reporting landscape actively further and ensure that data is properly prepared, meaningfully visualized, and operationally usable. Dashboards, data models, automation, and modern analysis approaches come together in your role. You work closely with Finance, Management, and operational teams and bring structure to complex data and reporting processes.

Tasks

• Develop Reporting - You develop dashboards, KPI structures, and reports that enable genuine decisions – not just numbers.
• Making Data Useful - You analyze company data, recognize patterns, and derive concrete recommendations from them.
• Automate Processes - You identify potential for automation as well as modern AI-supported analysis and reporting solutions and help shape processes to be more efficient and scalable.
• Improve Data Structures - You work on consistent data models, data quality, and transparent reporting structures.
• Connect Interfaces - You work closely with Finance, Management, and operational areas and translate requirements into meaningful BI and reporting solutions.

Qualification

• Analytical thinking and structured working approach
• Interest in data-driven work, BI, and modern analysis processes
• First or several years of experience in the field of Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analysis
• Familiarity with Excel and digital tools
• Understanding of business key figures and relationships
• Self-responsible working approach and high quality standards
• Experience with Power BI or comparable BI tools
• Basic knowledge in SQL or data models
• Interest in automation and AI-supported analysis processes
• Background in Business Informatics, Finance, or Data Analytics
