Business Intelligence Partner

The mission of the business intelligence team is to create a data-driven culture which empowers leaders to integrate data into daily decisions and strategic planning. We aim to provide visibility, transparency, and guidance regarding the quantity and quality of results, activities, financial KPIs, and leading indicators to easily identify trends aimed at data-based decision-making. Position Objective The purpose of this role is to partner with the Regional and global BI customers within RSR (which stands for Reporting Services Repository) to ensure that their business intelligence needs are met through the development and implementation of tailored solutions. This includes providing training, support, and guidance on how to effectively use our business intelligence tools and platforms. Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities of this role include: • Developing and implementing customized business intelligence solutions for Regional and global BI customers within RSR. • Providing training, support, and guidance on the effective use of business intelligence tools and platforms. • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics. • Developing and maintaining relationships with Regional and global BI customers within RSR. • Providing regular reporting and metrics on the performance of business intelligence solutions. • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed.
