Business Intelligence Executive - Minor Hotels Europe & Americas - Madrid - (Madrid)

He/she will be responsible for managing Commercial & Operational reports to deliver outstanding customer service, monitor the performance of group sales segments (MICE events, congresses) and the efficiency / operations for our contact centers which are key channels within the company. Will report to the VP Operational Excellence Analytics within the Business Intelligence Team. What will you do? Deliver a pull of existing reports, analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to drive business decisions. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support commercial and operational decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all reporting. What are we looking for? A highly analytical and results-driven individual with a strong background in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related field. Experience working with large datasets, data visualization tools, and business intelligence platforms. Strong understanding of commercial and operational metrics and KPIs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
