Overview of the role: We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This professional will be responsible for taking raw information – numbers or qualitative data sets – and constructing narratives that help our business colleagues make informed decisions. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and other visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView; • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that drive business outcomes; • Designing and implementing data visualization solutions that effectively communicate insights and trends; • Providing data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decision-making; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of business intelligence. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment; • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets; • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView is a plus.
