Business Intelligence Analyst

Our tower portfolio of 2,500 covers Cape Reinga to Bluff and is the largest in New Zealand. Kiwis’ mobile data use has increased dramatically in recent years, with a growing demand for reliable and high-speed connectivity. As our Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in helping us make sense of this data and informing our business decisions. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining databases and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends; • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to identify and prioritize business needs; • Designing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs; • Providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. We are looking for someone who is passionate about data analysis and has a strong understanding of business intelligence principles. You will have a degree in a relevant field (such as computer science, information systems, or statistics) and at least 2 years of experience working with large datasets.
