Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description Responsibilities: • Lead data-driven recommendations and insights to support strategic projects across Central Operations • Lead cross-functional teams in specific initiatives; recognizes dependencies between teams; drive and clarify ownership of those dependencies • Understand the business, track operational performance, provide insights and recommendations • Support company-wide programs through ownership of analytical projects • Establish strong working relationships with people from various departments and levels within the organization • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in all analytics work • Provide training and guidance on data analysis tools and techniques to non-technical stakeholders • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics • Participate in the development of company-wide initiatives and projects that leverage data insights • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's operations, processes, and systems • Provide expert-level analytical support for various departments and teams • Ensure alignment between business objectives and data-driven insights • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs through data analysis • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's data assets and systems • Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration of analytics tools and platforms • Support the development of data governance policies and procedures • Participate in the design and implementation of new processes, systems, and technologies that leverage data insights • Provide expert-level analytical support for various departments and teams • Ensure alignment between business objectives and data-driven insights • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs through data analysis
