Business Information Analyst Backend Platform

Who are you

If you start working in the IT business unit, you will take on the challenge of keeping Univé fit and agile – in all IT respects. You will end up in the IT Core department within the Backend Platform team and focus on the insurance and/or HR processes.

In general, we find it important that you:

• Have HBO/WO work and thinking level with a relevant vocational training;

• Have at least 3 years of experience in IT;

• Have knowledge of methods and techniques in the field of requirements engineering, data and process modeling;

• Are curious about new IT developments and can devise innovative solutions;

• Can translate business processes and needs into effective solutions;

• Have experience with Agile working;

• Take initiative and act proactively;

• Have experience with the Level applications (from supplier CCS) and/or AFAS (advantage).

What will you do

The IT Core department, which includes Backend Platform, provides a state-of-the-art IT foundation for the Univé organization to achieve business goals. We do this by creating value in continuity, reliability, scalability, security, and by enabling innovation & productivity.

For Backend Platform, we are looking for a Business Information Analyst. As a Business Information Analyst, you will work in DevOps-based Agile teams and continuously work to fulfill our promises to our customers.

Your work includes:

• Analyzing wishes and changes: You will investigate change requests, map requirements, and translate them into suitable functional solutions.

• Improving processes and systems: You will identify bottlenecks, investigate improvement opportunities, and contribute to the optimization of existing processes and applications.

• Supporting the application chain: You will support and improve the operation of applications and associated processes, including insurance and HR processes and the systems and connections within the ATS chain.

• Collaboration and coordination: You will work closely with colleagues, stakeholders, and external suppliers to align wishes, expectations, and solutions.

• Guiding changes: You will be involved in preparing, elaborating, testing, and implementing functional changes, monitoring progress and quality.

• Monitoring chain coherence: You will oversee the impact of changes on applications, systems, and interconnections, and contribute to stable and reliable service delivery.

• Continuous improvement: You will actively contribute to improving our services, working methods, and collaboration within the Agile teams.

Employment Conditions

• Annual salary between €58,352.80 and €82,377.96 gross per year based on 38 hours (including holiday pay and thirteenth month, excluding variable remuneration);

• Employment of 32 to 38 hours per week;

• Location Zwolle or Assen, with hybrid working in consultation with the team;

• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent contract;

• 13th month and 8% holiday pay;

• Variable collective performance bonus of up to 9% of the annual salary;

• 26 vacation days for a 38-hour work week;
