Business Head – Strategic Electronics (Defense & Aerospace)

Our client is looking to hire a Business Head – Strategic Electronics (Defense & Aerospace) for Pune (Pimpri location). An ideal candidate is someone with bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Aerospace, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification (e.g., in defense acquisition) is a plus. Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the Aerospace and Defense sectors, preferably in Electronics Distribution or Component sales or OEM’s that focuses this sector. The candidate should have strong understanding of strategic electronics products and technologies, with ability to develop and execute business strategies for growth and expansion. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
