Role Overview We are seeking a Business Head - Nutrition Solutions (East India) who will be responsible for driving the growth of our nutrition solutions business in East India. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in nutrition science, food technology, or related fields, with experience in developing and implementing innovative nutrition solutions that meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in East India, leveraging market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback. • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including food, edible oil, dairy, feed, and health-nutrition brands, to understand their needs and preferences. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and sales, to develop and launch new nutrition solutions that meet customer requirements. • Develop and manage budgets for marketing, sales, and business development initiatives in East India. • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, innovation, and expansion in the region. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for food, feed, and health-nutrition products. • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team. Requirements: • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science, Food Technology, or related fields. • Minimum 8 years of experience in developing and implementing innovative nutrition solutions that meet customer needs. • Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences. • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
