Business Finance Manager

Adecco Italia For a prestigious reality in the metalmechanics sector, we are looking for a Business Finance Manager with experience in this role of at least 5 years preferably in corporate contexts. The resource will have the task of ensuring the activities of planning, control and reporting related to the financial performance of the Business Unit under its competence. Must: Ensure the sharing of financial results of the Business Unit with operational business partners to understand and communicate the key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial targets. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Business Unit's financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals. Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Provide recommendations for improving financial performance and achieving business objectives. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, customers, and suppliers. Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to management and other stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
