Business Director – Mexico (Hybrid) Global Packaging Manufacturer | Commercial & Operations Leadership We are partnering with a leading global packaging manufacturer to appoint an experienced Business Director to lead and grow a key business unit based in Mexico City (hybrid working model). The company has over 30 global locations and is very well established in Latin America. This is a senior general management leadership role, responsible for driving business performance through strong commercial and operational leadership. Key responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability • Leading and managing cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal partners • Collaborating with the global leadership team to align local business plans with company-wide goals and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have: • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field • At least 8 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the packaging industry • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
