Job Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist with a technical background in electronic security products/ or electrical or similar industry to spearhead the expansion of our BD portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement and achieving sales targets. Requirements: Must have matric Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification. Must have at least 2 years’ experience in business development, preferably in the security technology industry. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be a team player with excellent communication skills. Must have a strong understanding of the security technology industry and its trends. Must be able to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders. Must be able to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Must be able to negotiate and close deals. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and deadlines.
