What you will do:
•Candidate should have 0-6-month experience from customer service or sales industry.
•Excellent inter-personal/communication/analytical [written and verbal].
•60% client servicing and 40% business development via emails, chats or calls.
•Confident of communicating with clients from international clients (neutral accent].
•Negotiation Skills, Planning and Time management skills are a must.
•Proficiency in MS office to prepare and maintain basic reports. Keen eye for details and good memory with respect to clients and reporting numbers.
•Should be proactive with a go-getter attitude with a technical bent of mind.
•Should be flexible to work for late evening hours.
