Business Development Representative - Tech & SaaS Industry (LATAM)

Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound calls (80-100), emails, and LinkedIn messages to identify new business opportunities for our clients. Build relationships with key decision-makers at target companies through personalized outreach. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients’ products and services, as well as the industries they operate in. Collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless integration with client onboarding processes. Identify and prioritize potential clients based on their growth stage, industry, and company size. Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales performance. Develop a pipeline of qualified leads for our clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication. Work closely with our internal teams to ensure that all client needs are met, from initial outreach to successful onboarding. Key Requirements 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Strong understanding of the tech industry, including SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time management skills.
