Aufgaben

How your daily routine will look like?

Tja, not so easy to answer, because your tasks are varied and always different. But in general, you will have the opportunity to shape our strategy for lead generation, select a target industry every month, and drive our outreach activities forward.

• Lead-Generierung: Research and identification of potential customers through various channels like online research.
• Nutzung verschiedener Tools und Techniken zur Kundenakquise, um eine Pipeline mit qualifizierten Leads aufzubauen.
• Sales Cycle vollumfänglich managen: You will take over cold calling, sending emails and other communication methods to get in touch with potential customers, analyze and qualify their business requirements and processes.
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von maßgeschneiderten Produktdemos.
• Verhandlung von Verträgen und Abschlüssen mit deinen Kunden.
• You will build close relationships with your customers and gain their trust.
• Participation in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build your customer network.
• Collaboration with the marketing team to identify further growth potential.
• Please note that this position is located in Berlin.

Qualifikation

• First work experience as an SDR or in a comparable position in sales is desirable.
• A strong business sense and a high degree of curiosity.
• Resilience & a get-it-done mentality, as well as the ability to analyze problems.
• Interest in getting involved with software and the SaaS world.
• Very strong communication skills.
• Languages: German & English (C1-C2)
• The ability to create trust and enthusiasm.
• A Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
