The successful candidate will be a self-starter, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Business Development Representative will be expected to work closely with the Sales Department to identify and prioritize new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and maintain accurate records of all sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Business Development Representative will be required to travel up to 20% of the time, and will be expected to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
