Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR) Location: Remote Role Type: Full-Time Who Are We? About the Role: As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, identifying and qualifying leads, and generating new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute outreach strategies and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound activities (e.g., cold calling, emailing, social selling). * Qualify leads and assess their needs and interests. * Schedule and conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients. * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies. * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system. * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications: * Proven experience in a BDR or sales role, preferably in a B2B environment. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). * Results-oriented and driven to achieve targets. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
