That's why I'm really good at supporting companies in recruiting and HR.

Therefore, I'm looking for a partner who enjoys winning new customers - while I take care that they stay enthusiastic.

Aufgaben

What we move together: --> You open doors. I deliver.

You identify companies with personnel or recruiting needs, establish contacts, conduct initial conversations and excite potential customers for a collaboration. As soon as a project is in place, I take over the implementation. Each one concentrates on what they do best. That's why our cooperation works.

Qualifikation

Who I'm looking for:

Maybe you're a freelancer or self-employed.

Maybe you already work in sales or business development.

Or you have a good network, get along easily with people and want to earn something extra on the side.

What's decisive for me is not your employment model.

What's decisive is that you recognize opportunities, build trust and enjoy bringing companies and people together.

You don't have to be a recruiter or HR expert. Much more important is that you can inspire people and enjoy developing new business opportunities.
