We are 11+, the football marketing agency. Everything revolves around the most beautiful sideline issue in the world: We advise, create, and communicate for sponsors, clubs, and associations from professional football. From the first idea to the finished content, we work personally, passionately, and always at the highest level to further optimize ourselves.

As of now / as of October 1, 2026, we are looking for: Business Development & Marketing Manager (m/w/d) – Duales Studium MA Digital Transformation Management | 32 hours/week

Aufgaben

Your role:

You will study in the Master and help us develop 11+ as a football marketing agency: You will work on brand, positioning, and smarter processes and bring new ideas and AI directly into our agency's daily routine.

Your tasks with us:

• You support the further development of our positioning as a football marketing agency (website, social media, cases, presentations).
• You help to organize internal processes and structures, set up and document them (workflows, templates, playbooks).
• You prepare sales activities (research, listening, documents, presentations) and support new business.
• You test and implement tools and AI applications that make our daily routine smarter.
• You work occasionally in partner & project management to get to know the core business from within.

Qualification

You bring:

• You have already completed a Bachelor's degree.
• You have ideally gained first-hand experience through internships or student jobs in the sports, marketing, or agency field.
• You work structured, are curious, and enjoy improving things.
• You feel comfortable in the digital world and like to try out new tools in the AI area.
• You have a great interest in football business and innovation.
• You are eager to take responsibility and develop step by step towards Business Development / Marketing.
