Position: Business Development Managers -Non-IT Location: Near Nagole Metro, Hyderabad, Telangana, India Duration: Full-time Office Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift) Note: Candidates must work from the office. Job Description: As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Active Soft, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the US Staffing market, leveraging your expertise in IT & Non-IT sectors. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US Staffing market • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development decisions • Manage and track sales performance metrics • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales or a related field • Strong understanding of the US Staffing industry and market trends • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
