To support our team, we are looking for a Business Development Manager*in im L&D & Changemanagement (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• You will work closely with the management and support identifying new growth opportunities, business fields, and customer potential.
• You will build customer relationships, maintain existing contacts, and develop concrete next steps, offers, and projects from them.
• You will support in customer meetings by recognizing needs, setting impulses, and preparing concepts for learning-, training- and change-measures.
• You will develop customer-centered offers, presentations, and solution concepts together with our advisors, trainers, and coaches.
• You will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs and lead impulses for the further development of our portfolio from them.
• You will think marketing as part of our business development and support in creating content for newsletters, LinkedIn, and website to make our themes, offers, and expertise visible.
• You will take over your own projects in business development and contribute to continuously improving internal processes, structures, and workflows.
• You will develop the knaps GmbH further together with us.

Qualifikation

• You have several years of professional experience in business development, consulting, learning & development, change management, organizational development or a comparable interface role.
• You understand how consulting and development projects arise – from the first customer inquiry to the needs clarification, concept, offer, and implementation.
• You bring a good understanding of learning & development, change projects, and organizational change processes with you.
• You are sales-affine and enjoy building customer relationships, recognizing opportunities, and presenting solutions convincingly.
• You work structured, self-responsible, and bindingly – and keep the overview even when dealing with multiple parallel topics.
• You can present complex content clearly, create convincing presentations, and prepare decision-making grounds.
• You communicate securely, professionally, and on eye level.
• You have very good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and ideally Excel.
• You possess very good German language skills and good English language skills in writing and speaking.
