BDM_JD Business Development Manager (Sales) Job description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (Sales) with a strong background in Software/IT Services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident, and passionate about driving business growth through strategic client acquisition, presales support, and long-term relationship management. Experience : 5-10 Years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage presales activities, including proposal writing and solution presentations. Identify and engage new clients, prospects, and business opportunities. Drive leads through lead-generation tools and software. Initiate and schedule meetings with key decision makers. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, sales collateral, and documentation. Oversee client empanelment, onboarding, and acquisition processes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business goals and service offerings. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Strong understanding of the IT/Software Services domain. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. High level of initiative, ownership, and goal orientation. Proficiency with CRM and lead-generation tools. Demonstrated success in Presales and Business Development. Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment with measurable achievements.
