Business Development Manager Strategy & Operations (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Analysis and optimization of processes in the lower funnel and identification of cross-selling potentials (heat pump)

• Creation, tracking, and interpretation of relevant funnel, performance, and growth KPIs

• Identification of process inefficiencies, also with the help of AI, as well as support in deriving and implementing improvement measures

• Involvement in the development, implementation, and evaluation of measures for reactivating lost leads

• Close support/enablement of day-to-day business in Sales, as well as close collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Product to implement data-driven optimizations

Your Profile

• Initial relevant professional experience (1-2 years) in management consulting, venture building, startup environment, or another scaling-oriented, fast-paced environment (Growth Operations/Business Development role)

• High level of initiative, strong hands-on mentality, and the motivation to drive new topics independently from the initial idea to implementation

• You work in a structured and data-oriented manner, can quickly grasp complex contexts, and derive pragmatic recommendations for action from them

• Experience with AI tools, digital products, or AI-driven business models is a plus, but not a prerequisite

• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing
