This opportunity allows you to lead discovery, design cloud, cyber and modern workplace solutions, and convert them into recurring value. You'll build pipeline from day one, own your territory, and partner with specialists while remaining the trusted commercial lead.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identify and engage mid-market organisations ready for change
  • Run discovery to map environments and shape tailored solutions
  • Orchestrate experts to scope managed services and projects
  • Drive new recurring revenue with autonomy
  • Nurture C-suite relationships and become the trusted advisor

About You

You're a consultative hunter who builds trust fast and thinks commercially. You enjoy being out with customers, solving complex problems, and turning strategy into practical, managed services outcomes. You're process-driven and resilient, with a clear method for generating and progressing pipeline.

What you'll need to bring:

  • Proven BDM success in MSP, SaaS, or complex IT solution sales
  • Comfort engaging GM/CFO/CEO and translating tech to outcomes
  • Discovery skills to map environments and qualify opportunities
  • Ability to build pipeline from scratch and close multi-stage deals
  • Strong commercial acumen; collaborative, self-directed working
