About this Large Format Business Development Manager job

This large format Business Development Manager job offers the opportunity for a driven digital printing sales professional to play a key role in the growth of a well-established company. It also offers the chance for career progression.

Although the business is based in the Western Home Counties, the role offers office-based, hybrid, or remote working options.

Initially, your primary focus will be to win new business and build strong client relationships. You won’t be working alone; the company’s Marketing activity and Lead Generation team will actively support you in developing opportunities.

This digital printing sales job also offers long-term prospects. For the right person, the pathway to progress into Sales Management and, ultimately, Sales Director level, is there to be taken.

Key points about this digital printing sales job

• Reporting: You'll report directly to the Sales Director
  
• Products: The company has the capability to produce a vast array of products, including Environmental graphics for the retail, leisure, museum & visitor attraction, workplace etc. In addition, they produce printed and cardboard engineered Point of Sale products, illuminated and non-illuminated fabric tension systems, vehicle graphics, building wraps, banners and hoardings to name a few.
  
• Sales target: This depends on your experience, and salary expectations, but as a guide your sales target for the first year will be c.£500K. This will increase in the following year, as you will retain your clients and develop further growth.
  

About you & what you’ll need to be considered

So, to be considered for this large format digital print sales job you’ll need:

• A proven track record of success in business development & account management, generating sales of large format graphics.
  
• Experience selling into 1 or more of these markets: Retail, Workplace, Visitor Attraction, Construction, Events, Architects & Designers, Property Managers & Developers, OOH Advertising.
  
• Full Driving License.
  
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

• Salary: c.£.45,000 – £55,000 (Potential for negotiation for the right person.)
