Position: Business Development Manager
Location: North Perth
Salary:$100,000 + Super (OTE: $200k-$250k)
Job Type: Permanent
Position Overview:
OUI Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well-established Managed Service Provider in Perth. This is a great opportunity to join a growing MSP with over 20 years in the market, serving clients across healthcare, finance, construction, and various other industries.
You'll be working with an established lead generation system and marketing support, focusing on converting opportunities and building relationships with decision makers. The company is expanding and looking for someone who can help drive that growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities
- Manage sales process from initial contact through to contract signature
- Build relationships with senior decision makers
- Work with technical teams to present solutions
- Attend industry events and represent the company
- Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting
- Collaborate with marketing on lead conversion
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Proven experience in IT or MSP sales with a track record of results
- Strong consultative selling approach with senior stakeholders
- Experience with both small business and larger enterprise clients
- Well organised and persistent approach to sales activities
- Motivated by commission and achieving targets
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Ability to understand technical solutions and explain business benefits
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Understanding of Managed IT Services and Cybersecurity solutions
- Knowledge of recurring revenue models
- Experience with sales reporting tools
- ConnectWise experience would be advantageous
