We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in the Coworking industry. The role focuses on driving sales and building strong client relationships.

Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Coworking sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Profile
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- Proven experience in sales or business development in Auckland
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
