Business Development Manager Non-Sterile Drug Product Development and Manufacturing

Job Description To support our ambitious growth plan in formulation, analytical development and GMP manufacturing of clinical batches, we are today looking for a talented Business Development Manager Non-Sterile Drug Product Development and Manufacturing. Reporting to the Head Business Development, you will work closely with our Technical Business Managers (compiling quotations) and our different Business Unit Managers (managing sites) to achieve your assigned objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical industry, preferably with experience in formulation development, analytical testing and GMP manufacturing of clinical batches. You should be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and market trends. In addition, you should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The Business Development Manager Non-Sterile Drug Product Development and Manufacturing will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth in formulation, analytical development and GMP manufacturing of clinical batches. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers and partners, and negotiating contracts and agreements. You will also work closely with our Technical Business Managers (compiling quotations) and our different Business Unit Managers (managing sites) to achieve your assigned objectives. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong track record of success in business development, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
