Business Development Manager (M/W/D)

We are developing an innovative software solution at Noah Labs that improves the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular diseases. Our telemonitoring platform connects modern medical devices with a user-friendly app for patients and an intelligent monitoring platform for cardiologists.

A highlight of our work: Together with Charité in Berlin, Mayo Clinic in the USA, and numerous other research institutions, we are researching how biomarkers in voice can provide early hints of possible heart weakness - a real breakthrough in cardiovascular health that will significantly simplify patient monitoring.

Our goal? To enable people with heart diseases to live a longer, healthier, and happier life.

Tasks

• You take responsibility for expanding our business in your region and identify new market and growth opportunities independently.
• You build lasting relationships with relevant stakeholders in the healthcare sector and develop these into long-term partnerships further.
• You recognize market opportunities early, initiate new collaborations, and bring important players from the healthcare sector together with our company.
• You represent our company locally at customers, partners, and industry events and gain valuable insights directly from the market.
• You shape the market presence and growth significantly and have a direct impact on our company's success.

Qualification

What you should bring with you

• You have the drive to take responsibility and actively contribute to the growth of a company.
• You approach people openly, convince through your personality, and can build relationships at decision-maker level.
• You think entrepreneurially, act pragmatically, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• First experiences in business development, sales, consulting, customer success, or partnerships are welcome, but not necessarily required.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus, but what matters most to us is your willingness to learn and interest in the market.
• You have completed a degree or studied and bring a structured, independent work approach with you.
