Business Development Manager (m/w/d) - 25 h/Woche

Tasks

Your role at Pioniergeist

• You identify relevant contacts, initiate first contacts, and make our customer journey operationally effective.
• You develop formats, test them on the market, and sharpen what resonates.
• You lead interested parties with clarity and commitment to booking the first workshop.
• You work closely with the Founder together.
