Business Development Manager (Manpower Division)
Job description
A leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead their Manpower Division. This role is crucial in driving growth and establishing strong partnerships with clients who require top-tier manpower solutions. The Business Development Manager will focus on strategic planning, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing the client base while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets in the manpower division.
- Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their manpower needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company.
- Collaborate efficiently with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee and mentor junior business development staff within the division.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on the manpower or recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing business strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of mentoring and guiding team members.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
