Business Development Manager - Logistics Industry

Hire Resolve's client is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth within the logistics industry in Gauteng. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in the strategic expansion and growth of our business. Responsibilities: Cash flow and working capital management; Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth; Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients; Identifying new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events; Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns; Providing regular updates on progress and performance to the leadership team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics industry; Strong understanding of the logistics industry and its trends; Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
