We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow enrollments and partnerships with K–12 schools. This role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in the EdTech industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building. • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow enrollments and partnerships with K–12 schools. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, teachers, and parents. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development decisions. • Travel occasionally within LATAM and the US for meetings and events. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in Business Development or a related field. • Strong understanding of the EdTech industry, including current trends and challenges. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
