For our Client, a dynamically developing company in the electrical engineering sector, we are looking for an experienced person for the position of Business Development Manager (m/f/x) to develop sales in the high voltage (HV) area and transmission and distribution infrastructure.
This is a role for people who want to work on large energy projects, have a real impact on market development, and build relationships with key industry players.
Your scope of responsibilities
- Active business development and acquisition of new clients in the energy sector
- Managing key clients and large infrastructure projects
- Early involvement in projects
- Cooperation with technical and engineering teams
- Conducting tenders, negotiations, and closing contracts
- Building long-term relationships with operators, developers, and EPC companies
Our requirements
- Experience in sales or business development (HV / T&D)
- Good knowledge of technical solutions – transformers, substations, high-voltage networks
- Experience working on large infrastructure projects
- Ability to independently generate sales and manage complex processes
- Very good negotiation and communication skills
- English language B2/C1
- Willingness to travel on business
