We're not about classical cold sales, but about long-term customer relationships, consulting at eye level, and sustainable development of existing customers.

To strengthen our team, we're looking for a Business Development Manager (m/w/d).

Your Tasks

• Care and further development of existing customer relationships (tax consultancies & SMEs)

• Consulting on IT solutions, digitalization concepts, and modern work environments

• Preparation of offers and accompaniment until successful completion

• Conducting annual meetings and strategic customer development

• Identification of potential at existing customers (Upselling / Cross-Selling)

• Coordination with technology and consulting teams for optimal implementation

• Accompaniment of projects in the area:

  • Microsoft 365 & IT infrastructure
  • DATEV solutions
  • HR software (e.g. Factorial)
  • Managed Services & IT security
  • IT hardware & Modern Workplace

You bring with you

• Interest in IT, digitalization, and company processes
• Communication strength and joy in dealing with people
• Structured working style and sense of responsibility
• Customer-oriented thinking
• Experience in sales is an advantage, but not a must
