Business Development Manager

Humangest Spa, Specialized Company in Research and Selection of Personnel, is seeking an important client company operating in the forging sector a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER. The resource, reporting directly to the Commercial Director, will be responsible for commercial development on a predominantly European territory. Specifically: - Research and analysis of new markets (identify growth opportunities, evaluate trends, competitors, and potential market segments); - Development of partnerships and commercial relationships (establish contacts with new customers, strategic partners, and relevant stakeholders); - Definition of commercial plans, business models, and go-to-market strategies; - Management of the sales funnel (follow the entire commercial process: from first contact to negotiation, until contract closure); - Analysis of KPIs, preparation of periodic reports, and proposal of corrective actions to improve results and margins. Requirements: - Desired education in economics; - Previous experience in a similar role, with a customer approach, in metalworking production contexts; - Preferable knowledge of the world of forging; - Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing negotiations, presentations, and commercial relationships; - Ability to analyze markets, sales data, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities; - Good knowledge of English (at least level B2); - Ability to work towards objectives, monitor performance, and reach commercial targets; - Good ability to present the offer in a convincing manner and understand customer needs; - Problem-solving and strategic thinking, fundamental for defining development strategies and making effective decisions. Offer: Direct entry into Company with indefinite contract duration and salary up to 45K; Metalmeccanica Industry Collective Labour Agreement; production bonus; Full-time working hours from Monday to Friday; Location: Sumirago (VA).
