With a strong presence across Mumbai (Ghatkopar, Thane, Andheri, and upcoming centers in South Mumbai and Ahmedabad) and Tier 2 cities like Nagpur, Indore, and Bhopal, SSO is poised to revolutionize the way cancer care is delivered in India. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand SSO’s presence in the market. • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, medical professionals, and industry partners. • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies. • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development decisions. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities, including leads, contacts, and outcomes. • Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and implement business development goals and objectives. • Participating in regular business development meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and plan for future initiatives. • Developing and managing budgets for business development initiatives. • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with business development activities. • Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement training programs for business development staff. • Participating in regular training and professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and best practices. • Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures for business development activities. • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. • Performing other duties as assigned by the leadership team.
