Business Development Manager – Healthcare Staffing Firman Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and expand our healthcare staffing division. This role requires deep knowledge of healthcare staffing, VMS/MSP environments, credentialing compliance, and strategic business growth. About the Role The Healthcare BD team is responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our healthcare staffing division. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the healthcare industry • Identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals to secure new clients • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, operations, and recruitment, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making • Staying up-to-date on industry developments, regulations, and best practices in healthcare staffing. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in business development or a related field • Proven track record of success in growing revenue through new client acquisition and retention • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
