You’ll design and execute city- and region-specific strategies that strengthen our market leadership, expand our footprint, and fuel sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing business development strategies that drive driver acquisition and revenue growth. • Leading and empowering a team of Business Developer Promoters to achieve their goals and objectives. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local partners, drivers, and customers. • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development strategies. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new initiatives and programs. • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth and expansion. • Maintaining a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and market positioning. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that can benefit our business. • Developing and managing budgets to achieve business objectives. • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with business development initiatives. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field. • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through innovative strategies and partnerships. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data insights and make informed decisions. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances. • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
