Job Title : BDM (ERP/IT/Mobile Apps/Saas/BI/RPA Sales) Job Location : Lotus Business Park, Noida 127 Working Days : 5.5 The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Responsibilities Identify partnership opportunities Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including those in ERP/IT/Mobile Apps/Saas/BI/RPA Sales. Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and tactics that align with the company's overall goals. Develop and execute plans to achieve specific revenue targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in ERP/IT/Mobile Apps/Saas/BI/RPA Sales. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, pipeline development, and other key metrics. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ERP/IT/Mobile Apps/Saas/BI/RPA Sales. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Strong understanding of ERP/IT/Mobile Apps/Saas/BI/RPA Sales industry trends and developments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
