WeconnectU, a leading SaaS provider in the property management industry, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our footprint in the Western Cape. Our target market is Property Managers and Rental Agents/Administrators (whether Franchises or independents agencies). This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven sales professional with experience in property management and software solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities will include: • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research; • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, including Property Managers and Rental Agents/Administrators; • Developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets; • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities; • Providing market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategy; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities; • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions; • Meeting and exceeding sales targets; • Participating in sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with company products and services.
