Business Development Manager

Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) / Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven BDM / BDE with 6+ years of experience in the US market to drive business growth through end-to-end sales, client acquisition, and requirement generation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, with proven expertise in outbound sales and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end sales and business development activities in the US market.
• Make 120+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients and decision-makers.
• Generate a minimum of 20 client appointments per month.
• Bring in at least 20 new requirements / open positions per month.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into active clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, implementation partners, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal delivery/recruitment teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Meet monthly and quarterly business targets.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of proven experience in US business development/sales.
• Strong expertise in lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, and client acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing/sales market.

Travel Requirement

• Up to 80% travel may be required, as and when business demands arise.
