Position: Business Development Manager Job Description: Business Development Manager – Veeam Software ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) team and drive the growth of our Veeam Software business in Poland. You will collaborate closely with Veeam, key channel partners, system integrators, and MSP/CSP partners, as well as internal Arrow stakeholders, to expand market presence, increase sales, and deliver strategic value to customers through innovative solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy for the ECS team in Poland, aligned with Veeam's global goals and objectives; • Building strong relationships with key channel partners, system integrators, and MSP/CSP partners to drive revenue growth and expand market presence; • Collaborating closely with internal Arrow stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across all teams; • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships; • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the Polish IT market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs; • Providing regular updates and insights to senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and market developments.
