Regional Sales Manager – Office Equipment (South America) Remote → Onsite (Brazil) We are representing an international industrial & consumer products group that is expanding its office equipment business across South America . The company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive distributor development, regional sales growth, and key project execution. The role is remote-based in Brazil initially , with a planned transition to onsite work in Brazil from April . Responsibilities Drive regional sales growth through the development of new distributors and strengthening existing relationships. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth within the region. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for the office equipment business. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, customers, and internal partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the office equipment industry. Strong understanding of the South American market and its nuances. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
