Job description

Responsibilities
• Lead the Business Development/Sales team, guiding them in the development and execution of
strategies for outbound lead generation and new sales.
• Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets, while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and
forecast accuracy.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact and discovery to proposal development,
negotiation, and closing deals.
• Executes all aspects of customer lifecycle from sourcing to contract execution to secure
expansion opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decisionmakers, and influencers.
• Build market awareness and create new sales, successfully positioning the company’s strategy,
vision, and market leadership with key business executives and functional decision-makers in all
customers and prospects.
• Coordinating and leading daily/ weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews along with sales
team
• Provide regular reporting and updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue
forecasts to senior management.
• Effectively and efficiently prioritizes quantitative and qualitative research efforts to evaluate new
market opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to
effectively position our solutions and differentiate from competitors.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance sales
effectiveness and efficiency.
• Deep knowledge of the drug development process and therapeutic areas with particular
emphasis on the services needed to support clinical trials Phases I-IV and pre-clinical trials.
• Collaboratively work with the management and all the concern departments to design, plan and
execute sales demonstration program (including determining sales/demo objectives and
designing demo scenarios to meet internal and external requirements).
Qualifications
• Pharmacy graduates, BS degree, Life Science experience, Clinical trial knowledge is must and
knowledge of all therapeutic areas.
• MBA in sales and marketing is preferable.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales and business development within the Clinical
Trials/Life Sciences industry, with a focus on solution sales.
• Strong expertise in client acquisition strategies, prospecting techniques, and lead generation
methods.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts
in a clear and compelling manner.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving sales
targets and objectives.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events
