Business Development Intern (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

As a Business Development Intern, you are an analyst, operator, and enabler all in one person. You work closely with the founding and operations team on strategic and operational topics – from process automation to scaling our property management.

• Customer Onboarding: You are responsible for the structured onboarding process of new customers into our product and processes – from data collection and coordination with owners to handover to property management.

• Automation: You identify manual and repetitive workflows, implement no-code and low-code solutions (e.g., n8n workflows, Lovable Tools, Claude Code), and thus measurably increase efficiency in daily operations.

• Process Optimization: You analyze existing operational processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and jointly develop leaner, standardized workflows with the team.

• Partner Coordination: You are the first point of contact for external partners and service providers in the operational context, review offers, coordinate processes, and ensure clear communication.

• Creating Structures: You help build scalable operational structures – from documenting internal processes and standardized checklists to preparing for operational growth throughout Germany.

• Hands-on & Low-ego Mentality: You work independently, reliably, and pragmatically.

• Tech Affinity: You already use AI tools or no-code solutions productively or are eager to dive deep into them.

• Language: You communicate fluently in German and have a strong command of English (spoken and written).

• Bonus: Interest in real estate, PropTech, or the digitalization of regulated markets.
